Eha — 'dusk' in Estonian — is a new wellness retreat on Hiiumaa, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve island in the Baltic and one of the quietest places in Europe. Pine forest, juniper heath and a long, empty coastline.
The programme is Nordic in the literal sense: sauna and sea, forest walking, seasonal food, and a rhythm set by the light rather than a timetable. Retreats are built around the Estonian year, so a midsummer stay and a midwinter one are genuinely different experiences.

Eha's winter retreat on Hiiumaa, five nights in the deep Estonian dark — a programme built entirely around sleep, stillness and the restorative value of very little light.
Smoke sauna and snow or sea immersion run daily, alongside sleep-focused breathwork, restorative practice, candlelit evenings and a winter kitchen of preserved and fermented food. Screens are discouraged, and the darkness is treated as the active ingredient.
Chronic poor sleepers, and anyone who suspects that what they actually need is a week of proper darkness and nothing to do.
A thoughtfully curated collection of experiences designed to enrich your stay. From wellness and nature to culture and gastronomy, each moment invites you to slow down, reconnect, and immerse yourself in the essence of the estate.
