At 33, Natalia was diagnosed with stage IV cancer and given less than a 2% chance of survival. Young, fit, with no medical history, the diagnosis changed everything she thought she knew about health.
Against the odds, she healed. Studied nutrition science at Stanford, became an avid meditator, rebuilt her lifestyle from the inside out, and came to understand that true wellbeing is holistic, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Her belief: our daily habits and choices can empower us to create health, but for this we must be intentional.
Today, Natalia is a public advocate for young cancer patients, speaking on international stages and working with NGOs to drive meaningful change in healthcare. Most recently, she joined the World Health Organization as part of their initiative on Gastric Cancer Prevention across Europe.

For years, Stefanie believed she was doing everything right - eating well, staying active, and pushing forward. But beneath the surface, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, and burnout told a different story.
Motherhood shifted her priorities. A miscarriage marked a turning point. And witnessing her best friend Natalia’s battle with cancer changed everything she thought she knew about health.
She came to understand that true wellbeing isn’t about control, but connection - shaped by how we listen, rest, and respond, not just what we do. She began to understand the impact of chronic stress, not as something to manage, but something to listen to. That true wellbeing isn’t about doing more, but knowing when to pause.
