ADLER Lodge RITTEN sits on the Renon plateau above Bolzano, a larch-and-stone lodge looking across the Dolomites from a meadow at 1,200 metres. Family-run for six generations, it is built on the idea that mountain air and unhurried days do most of the work.
Wellness here is Alpine rather than clinical: an outdoor infinity pool that steams in the cold, a spa scented with pine and hay, and a daily programme of guided hikes, yoga and breathwork included for every guest. Meals are South Tyrolean, seasonal and largely sourced from the valley below.

ADLER Lodge RITTEN's own short programme — three nights on the Renon plateau using the mountain, the meadow and the spa as the entire intervention.
The lodge's daily programme is included: guided Dolomite hikes, yoga, breathwork and snowshoeing in season, alongside the pine-scented spa, hay baths, alpine herbal treatments and the heated outdoor infinity pool. Half-board South Tyrolean cooking is drawn largely from the valley below.
Anyone who does not want a protocol — only mountain air, structure and three nights where nothing is required of them.
