MANNA occupies a restored 1920s stone building in Magouliana, a mountain village at 1,200 metres in Arcadia, deep in the Peloponnese. Fir forest, stone lanes, and almost no one else.
The hotel is small and quietly serious about wellbeing: a spa built into the old walls, forest trails from the door, and programming built around sleep, stillness and mountain air. The kitchen is Arcadian — greens, pulses, cheese, honey from the slopes.

A day experience at MANNA in Arcadia, built around moving through one of the least-visited mountain landscapes in Greece.
The day pairs guided walking or trail running in the fir forest above Magouliana with a recovery sequence in MANNA's stone spa — sauna, hammam, treatment — and an Arcadian lunch of wild greens, pulses and honey from the slopes.
Anyone exploring the Peloponnese who wants a day that involves genuine effort and genuine recovery.
