MANNA occupies a restored 1920s stone building in Magouliana, a mountain village at 1,200 metres in Arcadia, deep in the Peloponnese. Fir forest, stone lanes, and almost no one else.
The hotel is small and quietly serious about wellbeing: a spa built into the old walls, forest trails from the door, and programming built around sleep, stillness and mountain air. The kitchen is Arcadian — greens, pulses, cheese, honey from the slopes.

A two-day sleep ritual at MANNA, a restored 1920s stone building in the Arcadian mountain village of Magouliana, deep in the Peloponnese at 1,200 metres.
The ritual combines a sleep-focused treatment sequence in the small stone-walled spa — massage, hammam, sauna — with evening breathwork, circadian-aligned Arcadian food and fir forest walking in daylight. The village is quiet enough that sleep tends to happen without much prompting.
Light sleepers and anyone whose sleep has degraded in a city — this is the opposite of a city, and priced accessibly.
