The Rooster is a 17-suite estate on Antiparos, spread across 20 acres of Cycladic scrub above the sea — stone, cane, lime plaster and almost no hard edges. It is the quiet alternative to Mykonos, forty minutes away.
Wellness is woven through rather than bolted on: a resident Ayurvedic practitioner, an organic farm, yoga and breathwork, sea bathing and a kitchen built around what is grown and caught. Rooms sit in the landscape rather than on it.

A two-night wellness stay at The Rooster on Antiparos, where a resident Ayurvedic practitioner and an organic farm do most of the work across 20 acres of Cycladic scrub.
The stay includes an Ayurvedic consultation and treatment, daily yoga and breathwork in the open-air shalas, sea bathing, and a kitchen cooking from the estate's own farm. Nothing is scheduled tightly, which is deliberate.
Anyone wanting Greek island quiet with real substance behind it — and those who prefer a farm and a practitioner to a spa menu.
