Datu Wellness runs its Amalfi retreats from a 17th-century beachfront palazzo on the Campanian coast, the cliffs rising directly behind and the Tyrrhenian at the foot of the terrace. The house is small, private and taken over entirely by the group.
Datu's practice is Ayurvedic and yogic, led by teachers who work with a fixed daily rhythm: early practice, treatment, rest, evening restoration. Meals are sattvic and Mediterranean at once, cooked for the group rather than ordered from a menu.

The autumn edition of Datu's Ayurvedic week on the Amalfi Coast, timed to the season Ayurveda considers most important for recalibration — the turn from summer's heat into the drier, lighter months.
A dosha consultation opens the week and shapes everything after it: daily treatments, twice-daily practice, and a kitchen cooking to the group's constitutions and the season's produce. The coast is quiet by October, and the pace reflects it.
Those who want to reset with the turning of the year rather than fight it — and who appreciate that autumn is the right moment to do it.
