Datu Wellness' inland retreats are held at Laticastelli, a restored medieval hamlet near Rapolano Terme in the Tuscan hills. Stone lanes, a courtyard, olive terraces and thermal springs nearby — the village becomes the retreat for the week.
The programme is classical Ayurveda and yoga: dosha consultation on arrival, treatments through the week, twice-daily practice and philosophy sessions. The pace is slow by design, with long afternoons and food cooked to the group's constitutions.

A quieter, more inward-facing retreat than Datu's other programmes: six nights in a medieval Tuscan hamlet given over to silence, self-enquiry and the classical practices that support them.
The structure is deliberately spare — long meditation sittings, pranayama, journaling, walking, and periods of silence held by the group. Ayurvedic treatments and a sattvic kitchen support the nervous system through the work, and the practitioners are available throughout for individual guidance.
People who already have a practice and want to go further into it, and anyone who suspects the answer they're looking for needs quiet rather than more input.
